As time goes on, it seems a lonely world without you. When I go in to your home, I still expect to see you sitting there on the sofa having a roll up. Then it hits me that you are not here. The thoughts still seem so unreal and it was all just a nightmare. Christmas is coming and I don’t know how it is going to be without you and how we will get through it. It certainly won’t be easy and we will try our best so the kids try and enjoy it. This world can be so cruel to take someone like you away is just wrong. How does life continue without you in it I keep asking. I still try and comprehend just how I can try and live without my brother. You are my only brother and I have lost you. I just can’t get my head around it. I want you back so much Terry. Please can you come back but healthy and no more cancer. I love you so much. xxxxx

As we are approaching your 50th birthday the memories of our life together keep flashing in my head. Life with you not in it is so hard and sad.
